Free shipping* on orders over GBP 55, sent from our UK warehouse: processed in 1 to 2 business days and usually with you in 2 to 5 business days by standard shipping, with express available at checkout. Free returns* and free exchanges* for 30 days: one per order if the size is not right. Shoes must be returned undamaged and in new, resellable condition.

One free return or exchange per order within 30 days of delivery. Further returns or exchanges on the same order may carry a USD $10 return shipping fee.

Refunds processed within 36 hours of your return arriving

Funds usually appear within 10 business days

Shoes must be returned undamaged and in new, resellable condition. A suspected manufacturing fault is always assessed under warranty.
