UNITED STATES

We offer FREE, FAST and RELIABLE shipping for all US orders over USD$90. All US orders are shipped from within the US. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard delivery, which typically takes 2-5 business days. Express shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional fee.

UNITED KINGDOM

We offer FREE, FAST and RELIABLE shipping for all UK orders over GBP$70. All UK orders are shipped from within the UK. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard delivery, which typically takes 2-5 business days. Express shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional fee.

AUSTRALIA

We offer FREE shipping for all UK orders over AUD$120. All AU orders are shipped from within Australia. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard delivery, which typically takes 2-5 business days. Express shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional fee.

CANADA

We offer FREE shipping for all UK orders over CAD$120. All Canadian orders are shipped from within Canada. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard delivery, which typically takes 2-5 business days. Express shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional fee.

NEW ZEALAND, SINGAPORE, HONG KONG

We offer FREE shipping for all New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong orders over USD$90. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard delivery, which typically takes 5-10 business days. Express shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional fee.

REST OF WORLD

For all remaining countries we offer a standard flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard delivery, which typically takes 6-27 business days. Most orders arrive within 7-14 days.

Express shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional fee.

NOTE: All orders are shipped from within the United Kingdom, Canada, United States and Australia. For orders outside of these countries Pulse Dance Shoes is not responsible for any importation duties or taxes.

Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us because it was not collected, refused by the recipient, or could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable, as the service has already been used.

  • Any additional return shipping charges billed to us by the carrier may also be deducted from your refund.

  • The product cost will be refunded once the package has been received back in good condition, less the applicable shipping charges mentioned above.

Stolen or Missing Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier and proof of delivery has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

  • Pulse Dance Shoes is not responsible for stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
  • We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders reported as stolen after confirmed delivery.
  • What happens to a package after delivery (including theft or loss from a safe place) is outside of our control and responsibility.

We strongly recommend selecting Shipping Protection at checkout. If Shipping Protection is purchased and a package is stolen after delivery, customers may submit a claim through the Shipping Protection provider here for review.

If Shipping Protection is not selected, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or store credit for stolen packages.
