Can I dance West Coast Swing in regular trainers?
You can, but grippy tread can interrupt turns and travelling movement. A dance-engineered sole reduces resistance at the ball and heel while keeping the rest of the foot secure.
Can I wear West Coast Swing trainers outdoors?
Yes. The SPYNFLEX® sole is designed for indoor and outdoor surfaces, including studio floors, concrete and pavement. The same pair can take you from class to an outdoor social.
How should West Coast Swing trainers fit?
Order your usual trainer size. The fit should feel secure without squeezing your toes. If you need extra room across the ball of the foot and toes, Flow 2 Wide comes in a true 2E to 4E width.
