What shoes are best for line dancing?
Choose a lightweight dance trainer that turns easily, bends with your foot and grips without making direction changes feel stuck. SPYNFLEX® combines smooth pivot points, flexible grooves and textured control around the sole.
Why do running shoes feel too grippy for line dancing?
Running shoes are built mainly for forward movement and often use tread that holds the floor. During turns and side-to-side movement, that grip can catch. Dance trainers are engineered to release more cleanly.
Can I wear line dancing trainers outdoors?
Yes. The SPYNFLEX® sole is designed for indoor and outdoor surfaces, including studio floors, concrete and pavement. The same pair can take you from class to an outdoor social.
How should line dancing trainers fit?
Order your usual trainer size. The fit should feel secure without squeezing your toes. If you need extra room across the ball of the foot and toes, Flow 2 Wide comes in a true 2E to 4E width.
