How to measure your foot
- Paper on a hard floor, one edge against a wall.
- Stand on it, heel to the wall, in the socks you dance in.
- Mark your longest toe. It is not always the big toe.
- Measure from the wall to the mark.

Excellent sole for dancing
Excellent sole for dancing but the insole is flimsy. I had to put insoles to strengthen the heal and protect my Achilles tendon and ankle. The material is a bit plasticky (vegan they say) but they do look good. Quality of material and insoles could be better as shoes are not cheap. The shoe does slides perfectly for dancing and avoiding leg injuries from sneakers that have too much grip. Not many dancing shoes like this in the market.

Solid supportive shoe
I was looking for a wide dancing shoe and the Flow worked out great. I am a 10 wide and often size up to 11 in brands like Xero for width. Sizing down to a 10 Flow worked out well. The heel is firm enough to protect my foot and the shoe provides snug supportive fit and low arch. I only wish they were zero drop like I usually wear but these have worked out great. They were on sale for $125, but they did arrive with some white scuff marks on the heel.

At first a little concerned because although the shoes were a good fit and felt comfortable when I tried them on I had an issue with right shoe pressing up against the ankle which after a while became sore. Next I wore them dancing and problem persisted however I then tried a thicker sock and did not lace the top two holes which did make a difference. Pulse claim they ease up with use so I wore them walking around in my apartment for a few days. Overall I think I'm happy .The shoes appear well made so I think i'll get another pair if they hold up long term.With the discount they are good value.

Great spin
Looks really like a sport shoe but the spin soles are next level for dancers, even on a rough concrete surface! Back of the shoe is very padded, so the fit is a bit weird at the back but very comfortable for wide feet in the front part.

How long does shipping take?

What if I get the wrong size?
Exchange it. You have 30 days to swap for another size or return it for a full refund. Order your normal trainer size, and if you are between sizes the size guide lists the foot length for every size. Try them on indoors on carpet so they stay resellable.
Are the trainers waterproof or stain resistant?
They are water resistant and stain resistant, not waterproof. The upper sheds a splash and wipes clean, so light rain on the way in is fine and a spilled drink is not a disaster. Spot clean with a microfibre cloth and warm water. Do not put them in a washing machine.
Are the shoes true to size?
Yes, our shoes are true to size. Order your normal trainer size. If you are between sizes, the size chart on every product page and the size guide will confirm it.
How do I clean my new trainers?
Spot clean with a microfibre cloth and warm water. For tougher marks, a small amount of mild soap does the job. Do not put them in a washing machine.
Do your trainers fit wide feet?
Our standard styles are a regular width with a roomy toe box. For genuine width, Flow 2 Wide is a true 2E to 4E fit with more room across the ball of the foot and the toes, on the same SPYNFLEX® sole and the same 10 mm drop. Order your normal trainer size in either.
How do I clean my soles?
Scrub the sole with warm soapy water and a soft cloth or an old toothbrush, then wipe it dry. That lifts most floor marks. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives, which dull the polyurethane and wear the texture off the sole.
